Applicant tracking: ClayHR’s applicant tracking system allows you to craft offer letters making the process as simple as a few clicks. GenAI assists HR professionals in creating tailored offer letters swiftly, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various positions.
Drafting position descriptions using ClayHR's AI-powered solutions can make the process easier for HR professionals. By entering the position name and leveraging AI, they can easily create a comprehensive draft for the job position that includes role descriptions, responsibilities, and requirements. The draft job position can be reviewed and edited as required by the human professional before being published.
Training test creation: ClayHR's GenAI also helps prepare tests based on training content. You can create tests seamlessly by selecting the topic, question type, and desired number of questions. GenAI generates questions and options and identifies correct answers, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the test creation process.
Employee feedback: Providing feedback to employees is crucial for their growth and development. ClayHR's GenAI, makes it easy to generate constructive feedback. Just briefly summarize the feedback you want to convey, and GenAI produces feedback that can be customized as needed before sending to the employee. It also offers insights into the sentiment of the feedback, making the process more insightful and impactful.- We use the OpenAI model as a base model, which is trained on a massive corpus of text data including various sources like web pages, books, and other sources. OpenAI doesn't use user queries to train their general models.
